• An active WordPress installation with the Gravity Forms plugin installed.
• A Gravity Forms Elite license or a relevant legacy plan (Developer/Nonprofit).
• An active Salesforce account with API access enabled, which can be verified using the Salesforce Connection Verification Tool. 

1. Install the Salesforce Add-On from your WordPress dashboard.
2. Connect your Gravity Forms installation to your Salesforce account via OAuth 2.0 or manual configuration.
3. Create a Feed within your specific form settings to define which data to send and to which Salesforce object.
4. Map Fields between your form and Salesforce.
5. Test the integration by submitting a form to ensure data flows correctly into Salesforce.
